What do I wear? A CG shirt, if you have one. Wear comfy, summer clothes. Remember, we will be outside in the heat.
What do I need to bring? Nothing! However, some handy items you might regret not bringing are: An outside chair, a blanket to sit on, an umbrella, and/or sunscreen. CG will provide food and water, but feel free to bring additional drinks or dietary snacks if needed.
Where do I go? Meet us at the location (the only day we'll meet at the church is on Wednesday).
What time should I arrive? Arrive by 5 pm or as soon as you can. The event will start at 6 pm and end at approximately 8 pm. We will need help tearing down, so expect to be at the site until 8:30 pm.
What will I be doing? Closer to the date, we will let you know who your team leader will be. Please check in and out with them. They will let you know what you'll be doing and what they need help with.
Can I bring my kids with me? Absolutely! This is a great way for your whole family to share the Gospel.
If I forget to sign up can I still help at the event? Yes! We will never turn away helpful hands.
Will I get paid for volunteering? Yes! With love, appreciation, and some impactful & fun memories! CG is truly thankful for every person who's helping to reach our community.
